You’re too good to get lost on leave.
Let’s make sure you don’t.
It’s daunting isn’t it? Good parent. Good professional. Good feminist. Good colleague. Good partner. Good person. We’re conditioned to want to be all of those things. So how do you do that without all the well advertised struggle and juggle? Maybe you’re already feeling it. What if I’m losing my edge? What if I can’t find my rhythm again? What if they overlook me now? What if I don’t know how to do be good at both?
Well, what if this could be your best career chapter yet? This messy, magical life shift is the most organic leadership course in the world. It’s a huge opportunity to reflect and reset so that you feel more clarity, and have a deeper sense of self and confidence than ever before. Not by pretending nothing has changed, but by responding to it all intentionally so that you can integrating everything that does.
1:1 Coaching & Support
You’re not just an expectant or new parent. You’re you, complete with all your hardwired talents, quirks, hopes and plans. And all of that will feed into your experiences and outcomes.
Our coaching helps you to personalise your leave and return preparation, weaving around you and what shows up from career to leave and back again. Our approach is personal, tailored and hands-on; whether we’re working with you from the very beginning, or jumping in to a particular transition with you.
Antenatal classes and HR policies don’t support the identity, career or confidence challenges of maternity and parental leave. We do.
Brunch Before Baby
Our Brunch Before Baby sessions are a relaxed, real-world get together for expectant professional parents who are hungry for a good conversation about it all. You’ll get to connect with career minded professionals also heading into this new chapter, ask us what you really want to know, and leave with a sense of opportunity for this season in your life.
It’s not a workshop. Not a training. Just good food, thoughtful chat, and the kind of company that reminds you that you’re not alone in figuring this out.
Ticket price covers brunch and Eventbrite fee. The shift in perspective is on the house.
Talent On Leave Brunch
You’re at your local parent and toddler session at the local hall. The talk is all about baby development, feeding and sleeping. You’re happily joining in but your head feels a tangle of ifs, buts and maybes. Is nobody else worrying about retuning to their career? Is nobody else feeling confused about who they are now?
How about a monthly parent and toddlers’ session with decent coffee and other professional parents who are on maternity or parental leave? Honest chat about your experiences and plans? Every session is facilitated by us, with plenty of Q&A time for your personal and professional questions as you navigate leave and think about your next career chapter.
Stephanie Kennedy, Copenhagen Offshore Partners UK
“Lynn offered me something I never knew I needed. Her coaching went above and beyond, listening to my concerns and helping me find completely reasonable solutions in a way that also somehow grew my own understanding of myself, and my confidence with it . Her advice still regularly pops into my head in both work and personal life.”
Gillian Johnston, Scottish Power
“It felt like Lynn was always there, ready to support with whatever was showing up, asking me the right questions to hone my thinking rather than me just mindlessly worrying/over thinking the wrong things.”
